Projekt Szkolenia na Plus (Plus Training Project)

he project provides for 79 training days in the period from 12 November 2009 to 31 August 2011. 120 employees, including 40 sales representatives, 70 managers of points of sale and 10 sales coordinators and sales directors will be trained during this period.

Training related to the following areas has been planned for respective groups:
for sales reps:

• training in building relations with customers
• training in exerting influence
• training in coping with objections of customers.

for managers:

• sales-related training in the area of coping with difficult customers and building relations with customers,
• managerial training in the areas of team management, delegation of responsibility, motivation of staff and coaching.

for coordinators and directors:

• managerial training in the areas of team management, delegation of responsibility, motivation of staff and  advanced coaching techniques,
• training in the field of age management.
