Polkomtel Sp. z o.o. offers extensive and comprehensive choice of telecommunication services, designed for both, business and residential clients, and offered under the following brands:

• PLUS - the postpaid system
• SIMPLUS - the prepaid system
• MixPlus - a system which combines the elements of a postpaid subscription-type system and of a prepaid service
• Sami Swoi - a simple prepaid mobile service
• iPlus - wireless Internet access.

VOICE SERVICES

• Voice calls in the postpaid system (an offer for consumers and business clients) as well as in the prepaid system.
• Video calls.
• Prefix 1069 service - simultaneous use of a package of mobile and fixed-line services.
• Voice access (text-to-speech) to e-mail and SMS's.

NON-VOICE SERVICES

TELEMETRY AND MONITORING

• Operational monitoring - monitoring of facilities, cargo/parcels.
• Car fleet management.
• Medical monitoring - screening hearing tests for newborns + ECG scans over the phone.
• Location services, e.g. Pilot Plus, Wiem gdzie jesteś (I know where you are) which use the Plus Mega SIM Toolkit cards.

INFOTAINMENT - INFORMATION AND ENTERTAINMENT

• M-banking: in cooperation with Pekao S.A., Inteligo, Raiffeisen, BZWBK, mBank.
• SMS-based information services, including INFO Plus, PKP INFO, SMS Plus Portal, Hot News, PWN Encyclopedia, Polish-English/English-Polish Dictionary
• Plus entertainment: SMS, Java and WAP games, Graffiti Plus, logos and ringtones, Randka Plus (dating) and Partner Plus.
• Polish TV Mobile Information Service - in cooperation with Plus, Polish TV provided access to first in Poland mobile information service. The information, which is updated at several-hour intervals, is displayed on a mobile phone's display as text, photos and video.

OFFER FOR THE BUSINESS

• System Plus - a system for intra-account mobile connections in a company.
• Office Zone - a dedicated area or several areas in which all calls between a company's mobile phones are subject to special billing - the same as in the case of System Plus. There are also technical possibilities to have the calls from fixed-line phones to mobile phones covered by the Office Zone.
• Prefix 1069 service -simultaneously use of a package of mobile and fixed-line services by customers.
• Convergent Telephony - integration of fixed-line and mobile services and creation of a consistent communications system operated by one operator. In Plus the offer relies on MaxProfit! tariffs and Prefix 1069 service.
